There is a small "tug" lesion and mild smooth periosteal thickening at the medial aspect of the distal femoral metaphysis.

Case Discussion

The "tug" lesion and mild smooth periosteal thickening at the medial aspect of the distal femoral metaphysis are likely secondary to the vastus medialis muscle insertion.
