Extensive gross and heterotopic calcifications with lobulated contours, located in the soft parts adjacent to the bilateral ischial tuberosities and the bilateral hip joints. There are no signs of bone cortical rupture.
Case Discussion
Findings are compatible with tumoral calcinosis, probably idiopathic. The thyroid and renal function were normal in this case.
