Shortening of the fourth and fifth metacarpals bilaterally with positive metacarpal sign.

Brachydactyly is also noted in the form ofagenesis of theabsent middle phalanx of the little finger (clinodactyly) on the left side and hypoplasia of the distal phalanx of the little finger on the right side.
