Bilateral flank pain.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years old
Gender: Male

Ultrasound showed bilateral mild pelvicalyceal and proximal ureteric dilatation due to proximal ureteric calculus on each side (right 7 mm, left 8 mm), which showed twinkle and colour comet-tail artifacts.
