Fusiform cystic dilatation of common hepatic and common bile ducts. Dilatation is up to the junction of common bile duct and main pancreatic duct. Confluence is patent with mildly prominent right and left main hepatic ducts. Maximum dimensions of CBD are 30 x 10 mm.
Abnormal high junction of pancreatic duct and CBD is seen with abnormally long common channel, measuring 12 mm in length.
Liver, spleen and both kidneys are unremarkable.
