Multi-sequence MR images showing fusiform dilatation of extra hepatic bile ducts and also involving intrahepatic biliary radicles. No stricture or calculus noted within the biliary tree.
Additional findings are mild ascites and bilateral mild pleural effusions.
Case Discussion
Fusiform dilatation of both extra and intrahepatic bile ducts without stricture or obstructing lesion consistent with type 4a choledochal cyst.
