Pre-employment screening. No significant past medical history.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

Right-sided aortic arch and descending thoracic aorta. Mild left-sided tracheal bowing is seen at the level of the right aortic arch. Heart and lungs are normal. No pleural effusion or pneumothorax is seen. 

Right sided aortic arch with aberrant left subclavian artery arising from the Kommerell diverticulum.
