Loss of colonic hustration is seen at distal colon. No focal wall thickening or mass lesion is present. A low-attenuation hepatic lesion, measuring 21×15 mm in diameters, is depicted, located at 7th hepatic segment (Couinaud`s nomenclature), revealing early peripheral, nodular enhancement and centripetal fill-in, most consistent with cavernous hemangioma.
