Mild to moderate pancolitis with loss of colonic wall features. Cholelithaisis.
Case Discussion
Overlapping imaging features with infectious or inflammatory colitis, but the loss of colonic wall features (particularly in the descending and sigmoid colon) help to favor ulcerative colitis, which was later confirmed with biopsy.
