Ulna fracture

There is suspicious cortical buckling in the medial metaphyseal region of the ulna in anteroposterior view. There is no dislocation/ bone lesion.

There is a fracture of the proximal metaphyseal region of the ulna with adjacent soft tissue swelling.
Case Discussion
This child presented with a history of a fall on the ground followed by elbow pain. Radiograph shows suspicious buckling of the proximal ulna. Ultrasound shows a ulna fracture.
