Presentation

History of trauma. Complaining of the right forearm swelling and pain.

Patient Data

Age: 20
Gender: Male
x-ray

There is transverse fracture of the mid third of the right ulna. There is negligible displacement.

Case Discussion

The young man presented with a history of trauma followed by swelling and pain of the right forearm. Radiographs shows transverse fracture of the mid third of the right ulna, lateral translation which can be seen clearly in lateral view, soft tissue edema. There is no injury at the radius, elbow and radiocarpal joint.
