Ulnar artery aneurysm - fusiform

Focal fusiform area of ulnar artery aneurysmal dilation was seen at left hypothenar area. Maximal AP diameter at the aneurysmal site measured at 4.3mm, compared to 2.2mm and 1.8mm proximal and distal to the aneurysm respectively.
Case Discussion
Ulnar artery aneurysm was seen at left hypothernar area. AP diameter at the aneurysm was double the AP diameter of the ulnar artery above and below.
