Indolent mass in the hypothenar region.

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

Partially thrombosed ulnar artery aneurysm. The crescentic mural thrombus is clearly visible as a non enhancing area after IV contrast.

ultrasound

On US the hypoechogenic areas with absent flow correspond to the thrombosed part of the aneurysm.
