Fall on ground. Trauma to thumb. C/o pain at thumb base.

Gender: Male
Referred for evaluation of ulnar collateral ligament of 1st metacarpo-phalangeal joint.
From the case:
Ulnar collateral ligament avulsion - thumb
Longitudinal

Symptomatic side Ulnar collateral ligament
- Thickened
- An avulsed bone flake is seen at its distal attachment site
- Donor site is proximal phalanx base.

Asymptomatic side Ulnar collateral ligament
- Normal.
