Age: about 55 yrs
Gender: Male

Referred for evaluation of ulnar colLat ligament of 1st metacarpo-phalangeal joint.

  • Symptomatic side Ulnar collateral ligament
    • Thickened
    • An avulsed bone flake is seen at its distal attachment site
    • Donor site is proximal phalanx base.
  • Asymptomatic side Ulnar collateral ligament
    • Normal.
