Referred for evaluation of ulnar colLat ligament of 1st metacarpo-phalangeal joint.

Symptomatic side Ulnar collateral ligament
- Thickened
- An avulsed bone flake is seen at its distal attachment site
- Donor site is proximal phalanx base.

Asymptomatic side Ulnar collateral ligament
- Normal.
