Oblique pathological fracture through a well-defined permeative lesion in the proximal ulnar shaft. Overlying soft tissue swelling. The fracture is mildly displaced anteriorly with no angulation. Wrist and elbow joints are normal. Vascular calcification noted.
The patient had a known history of melanoma, and subsequent bone scan demonstrated numerous other osseous lesions.
