Projected within the ulnar carpal joint overlying the TFCC, there are numerous small, well-defined, rounded calcific bodies, in keeping with synovial osteochondromatosis. These are projected anteriorly within the joint on the lateral projection. No adjacent erosions of the distal radioulnar joint or proximal carpal row.
Case Discussion
The patient had multiple loose articular bodies removed surgically.
