0-day-old male born premature at 25 weeks via cesarean after prolonged rupture of membranes. Neonate developed respiratory distress syndrome.
Patient Data
AP chest/abdominal radiograph in a premature neonate showing hazy opacities in the lungs consistent with respiratory distress syndrome.
Multiple lines including: UVC with aberrant course to the left abdomen via the left portal vein. UAC at the level of T8-T9. Enteric tube in the stomach. External temperature probe over the right abdomen.
