MRI shows an empty left scrotal sac.
The left testicle is seen at the level of the left inguinal region external ring eliciting intermediate signal intensity in T1 and high signal in T2 sequences.
No obvious enhancement after contrast injection is seen.
The right testicle is seen inside the scrotal sac.
Case Discussion
MRI findings are consistent with a unilateral undescended testis on the left side.
