Gender: Male

Undisplaced fracture through the posterior aspect of the distal fibula.

Case Discussion

A simple undisplaced fracture of the distal fibula.  A common injury, especially from participation in sports.  This is a Weber type B fracture, as the fracture is at the level of the syndesmosis.
