Osteoarthritic changes, seen as narrowed medial tibiofemoral and patellofemoral joint compartments and small marginal osteophytes.
Unfused anterior tibial tubercle, with smooth cortex and no related soft tissue swelling.
Case Discussion
Unfused tibial tubercle is an incidental finding. Differential diagnosis includes tibial tuberosity avulsion fracture and Osgood-Schlatter disease.
