Unicameral bone cyst - tibia
Lateral
A well-defined lucent lesion is seen at the upper tibial shaft with thin sclerotic margins, narrow transition zone and normal surrounding bone matrix in keeping with a benign bone lytic lesion, mostly a unicameral bone cyst.
Case Discussion
Unicameral bone cyst in the upper shaft of the tibia. Histopathologically proven.
