Presentation

Asymptomatic. Discovered fortuitously.

Patient Data

Age: 11 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

A well-defined lucent lesion is seen at the upper tibial shaft with thin sclerotic margins, narrow transition zone and normal surrounding bone matrix in keeping with a benign bone lytic lesion, mostly a unicameral bone cyst.
