Infertility for 5 years with regular menstrual cycle.

The endometrial cavity showing a fusiform, banana-shaped shifted to the right side and draining into a single Fallopian tube which seen is on the right side that appears patent and directed superiorly into the pelvis, showing normal caliber and producing immediate peritoneal spill with homogenous smearing.

Case Discussion

A unicornuate uterus is a type of Müllerian duct anomaly class II characterized by a banana-shaped uterus that usually draining into a single Fallopian tube.

According to sub-classification type b presents about 35% of the cases that show no rudimentary horn due to complete agenesis of the contralateral duct.
