Primary infertility for 3 years.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female
Fluoroscopy

Hysterosalpingogram shows just the right side of the uterus filling in the contrast study suggesting a unicornuate uterus. Good spillage noted on the right side.

Case Discussion

Unicornuate uterus is a rare uterine malformation and carries a poor prognosis, associated with a high rate of early pregnancy loss, IUFD and, premature labor.
