Age: 30 years
Gender: Female

Hysterosalpingogram shows just the right side of the uterus filling with contrast study suggesting a unicornuate uterus

Case Discussion

This case illustrates a typical unicornuate uterus, a Müllerian duct anomaly that is often associated with primary infertility, obstetric complications, amenorrhea and is commonly associated with renal anomalies.

Complementary assessment with pelvic ultrasound or MRI can helps to confirm this condition.
