Hysterosalpingogram shows just the left side of the uterus with the fusiform shape of the endometrial cavity with tapering at the apex and draining into a single fallopian tube.
A unicornuate uterus is a rare uterine congenital anomaly and carries a poor prognosis, associated with a high rate of early pregnancy loss, intrauterine fetal death, and preterm labor.
