Primary infertility.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Female
Fluoroscopy

Hysterosalpingogram shows just the left side of the uterus with the fusiform shape of the endometrial cavity with tapering at the apex and draining into a single fallopian tube.

Case Discussion

A unicornuate uterus is a rare uterine congenital anomaly and is associated with a high rate of early pregnancy loss, intrauterine fetal death, and preterm labor.
