Presentation

Work up for primary infertility.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female

Hysterosalpingogram shows just the right side of the uterus filling with contrast study suggesting a unicornuate uterus.

There is also a complete block at the proximal of the right fallopian tube.

Case Discussion

This case illustrates a typical unicornuate uterus, a Müllerian duct anomaly often associated with primary infertility, obstetric complications, and amenorrhea.

Complimentary assessment with pelvic ultrasound or MRI can help to confirm this condition.
