Left coraco-clavicular joint. Lungs and pleural spaces are clear. Cardiomediastinal contours are normal. No free gas under the diaphragm.
Case Discussion
The coracoclavicular joint is a true synovial articulation between the conoid tubercle of the clavicle and the coracoid process of the scapula.
They may be found unilaterally or bilaterally.
