Presentation

Shortened left lower limb and pain while walking.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female

There is dislocation of the left hip joint with pseudoarticulation of the proximal left femur with the ilium. The left acetabulum is dysplastic as demonstrated by a shallow cup with a vertically oriented roof.
