Asymmetry of the posterior aspect of the skull (R >L), in keeping with unilateral occipital plagiocephaly.

Case Discussion
This is a case of unilateral occipital plagiocephaly (congenital craniosynostosis). It can also be bilateral.
It occurs due to early fusion of the lambdoid suture, in this case on the left.
