Unilateral vesicoureteric reflux

Voiding cystourethrogram demonstrates reflux into left kidney, with mild dilatation of the left ureter and renal collecting system. The calyxes are slightly distended and blunted. The urethra appears normal.

This case illustrates left sided grade III vesicoureteric reflux without duplex anatomy or posterior urethral valves.
