Chronic walking difficulties and pelvic deformities.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female

The acetabuli are severely hypoplastic on both sides, with superior displacement and pseudoarticulation of the femoral heads with the ilii, as well as deformity and advanced degenerative changes, which are more pronounced on the left side.
