Presentation

Shortened right lower limb and pain while walking.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Female

There is hypoplastic deformity of the right acetabulum and superior displacement and pseudo articulation of the right femoral head with the ilii, accompanied by the absence of the right femoral head and deformity, causing pelvic tilting.
