Presentation

C/o pain in left upper extremity. O/E cold left upper extremity. Case of Left lower limb residual poliomyelitis. Uses cruch for left side.

Modality: Ultrasound

Echogenic lumen of brachial , radial and ulnar arteries without flow.

Case Discussion

Findings favour acute thrombosis involving brachial - radial and ulnar arteries.
