Patient with pancreatic cancer. Metastatic adenopathy results in obstructive jaundice and an upper GI bleed due to tumor erosion into the posterior wall of the stomach

Left gastric arterial territory is embolized with PVA particles of about 200 micron size.
The left gastric artery was arising from the left hepatic artery.
Celiac axis is giving off the left inferior phrenic artery in this patient.
