Presentation

Lower abdominal pain and hematuria.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

Well-circumscribed heterogenous cystic lesion measuring 8.4 x 9.7 x 11.7 cm in the midline lower abdomen. Multiple septations and a few calcifications are seen in it. No internal vascularity is seen in it.

Well-defined cystic lesion measuring 9.0 x 9.5 x 12 cm along the urinary bladder dome. A few septations and calcifications are seen in it. No evidence of distant metastasis. Small Bosniak type 1 left renal cyst.

Case Discussion

Imaging findings are suggestive of urachal carcinoma. The lesion was excised along with partial cystectomy and histopathology showed urachal mucinous cystadenocarcinoma.
