Heavy smoker. Hematuria. Previous ultrasound showed aan endoluminal nodule in the region of the anterior wall of the bladder, suggestive of bladder cancer.

Findings was changed:

MassThere is a heterogeneously enhancing mass located in anterior the wall of the bladder with intravesical extension,  predominantly on juxtavesical portion with the appearances of the urachusextension into urachal remnants. There is heterogeneous enhancement of the lesion.
