Presentation

History of diffuse abdominal pain, no other symptoms.

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

Small rounded cyst localized in the midline in between the bladder dome and the umbilicus, with the collapsed urachal remnants seen attaching to the upper and lower margins of the lesion. Also, ectopic pelvic left kidney.

Case Discussion

Urachal cyst appears, as in this case, as a collection of simple fluid localized in the midline of the anterior abdominal wall, between the umbilicus and the pubis and near the bladder dome.

This patient has also an ectopic pelvic left kidney.
