19 years old male. History of diffuse abdominal pain, no other symptoms.

Modality: CT

Small cyst with simple fluid localised in the midline of the anterior abdominal wall.

Case Discussion

Urachal cyst appears, as on this case, as a collection of simple fluid localized in the midline of the anterior abdominal wall, between the umbilicus and the pubis and near the bladder dome.

This patient has also a ectopic pelvic left kidney.
