Long-standing left lower abdomen pain with on-and-off hematuria.

There is an irregular, contrast-filling defect involving the lumen of the left distal ureter with resultant focal dilatation of the involved segment. No evidence of contrast leakage is seen. No retrograde dilatation of the ureter or calyceal system is noted.
The urinary bladder is showing an irregular, branching hypodense area which is most likely due to blood clot formation.
Foley's bulb seen in situ.
The rest of the abdominal viscera appear unremarkable.
Case Discussion
CT findings are of a left-sided, distal ureteric mass lesion which is pathologically confirmed to be a benign polyp.
