Left hydronephrosis on ultrasound. History of urolithiasis (Ca-oxalate).

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

Large (11 mm) obstructing calculus in the left ureter at the L5 level. Chronic left hydroureteronephrosis with reduced parenchyma. Left and right calyceal stones.
