Sudden onset of suprapubic pain for one-day duration presenting through the Emergency Room. U/A positive for hematuria, negative for WBC, Nitrites and Luekocyte estrase.

There is mild dilatation of the left pelvicaliceal system with thin perirenal fluid.

A 7 mm obstructive stone in the mid-portion of the left ureter causing proximal mild hydronephrosis and hydroureter, in addition to perinephric stranding and minimal perirenal fluid.
Mild enlargement of the left adrenal gland lateral limb is seen measuring around fifteen millimeters.
