Left lower quadrant pain. Non lithiasic pathology known. Non traumatic history.

Patient Data

Age: 70
Gender: Male

Abdominal fat stranding. Collection overlying the left psoas with air bubbles. Contrast extravasation from the collecting system compatible with rupture of the ureter.
