Left ureteric stent in situ with the inferior tip positioned inferior to the pubic symphysis in the midline and located within the urethra. Right-sided lumboperitoneal shunt in situ. No radiopaque renal calculi identified. The bowel gas pattern is unremarkable.
Case Discussion
In theater the stent was confirmed to be passing through the bladder into the proximal ureter and was repositioned successfully.
