Calculi measures 9.5 mm at the upper third of the right ureter far away 39 mm of renal pelvis (P). There is mild perirenal clear fluid (F).

This image was taken with ultrasound at the same time, and showed the calcifid shadow just below the right transverse process of L3.
Follow up the patient by X-ray, the stone moved down.
