Left distal ureter is tortuous in course and there is pooling of contrast in the uterine bed extending into the vaginal canal.
There is mild left hydroureteronephrosis.

Coronal post-contrast delayed study performed in prone position shows ureterovaginal fistula.

This case is an uretero-vaginal fistula which is a complication of hysterectomy. Surgical repair was done.
