"Cystic" outpouchings at the left and right ureteral orifice are compatible with ureteroceles.

Bilateral "cobra head" appearance of the distal ureter is compatible with the ultrasound appearance. Follow up radiograph at 30 minutes post-intravenous diuretic shows complete washout of contrast
