Recurrent right side abdominal colicky pain

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female
Fluoroscopy

Excretory urography showed dilated right ureter with intravesical ureterocele and typical cobra head appearance.

Case Discussion

A surrounding radiolucent halo is present at the distal end of the ureter filled with contrast media during an excretory phase of an intravenous urography, giving rise to an appearance of a cobra head suggestive of a right ureterocele.
