Ureterocele with a calculus

There is dilatation of the left vesicoureteric junction ( about 10 x 8 x 8 mm ) with an obstructing calculus (3 to 4 mm). Both vesicoureteric junctions are normally located. Urinary bladder shows normal wall thickness. Both kidneys show normal size without calyceal calculus or mass lesion. Prostate shows normal volume. There was no post-void residual urine.
